The background-image is a rectangle

and are placed at 00px horizontal (on left)

    Which puts a first visible crossing at left:33
and top:33. FLIP (H&V) how the image is drawn

is included as a place holder, so 31 + 0 = 32.

    If your magnification view is not Normal or
100%, I don't know how the BLIVET Image will
appear in relation to the dashed lines.

The Prong BLIVET Image is a rectangle

transparent background (indexed) png.

    The apex black lines extend completely
to the top edge of the image. Notice in
the Embedded Style Sheet, its top position
is 33px, which is one (1+0) pixels into the
first (1st) y-repeat of the 32px high
background-image. Second row of second box.

    The Left Edge of the image has a one pixel
(1px) wide transparent area at the left of
the circle of the prong. Notice in the
Embedded Style Sheet, its left position
is 351px, which has the transparent area
covering the vertical line with the left
edge of the prong circle two pixels into the
xxxxx (xxth) x-repeat of the 32px wide image.

The Triangle BLIVET Image is a rectangle, width 528px - height 290px.
Drawn at 144ppi *.tif, saved at 72ppi *.png, indexed color,
