Contempt for the Constitution, F.B.I. Searching a Congressional Office, Welcome to Your Police State.

Something does Not fit here.  If a Subpoena was issued for the documents, what happened in a Court Hearing for Failure to Comply with the Subpoena?

Was a Hearing on the Subpoena held?

To NOT speak out on those actions is to dismiss our form of government in the United States of America.  Whether another crooked Congressman is caught and punished is Not the point.

Ask Dan Rostenkowski and Duke Cunningham if it is necessary to search their offices for crimes to be punished.

Because Representative William J. Jefferson is a Democrat, Black (Afro-American), and from Louisiana will it result in approval of a "breech" in seperation of powers?

It's time for everyone to contact their Congressional Representative and Senator to express their feelings on this.

My feelings are:
1. The Judge approving-issuing the Search Warrant should be Impeached - Removed from the Bench
2. F.B.I. Agents involved should be fired (dismissed) from their jobs.
3. All items removed and examined should be returned immediately.
4. Other Methods and Protocols are available to obtain documents.

   I will never vote for a Congressman Nor a Senator that fails to act on this Contempt for the Constitution.
