SUPERB COFFEE Abbreviated - Condensed Text - Printer Friendly SINGLE CUP Brewing 1. Measure twice the amount of WATER for your desired full cup. Bring it to a "Whistling Boil in a Tea Kettle" or "Rolling Boil in a Pot - Pan". 2. Grind your coffee beans while the water is coming to a boil. Very fine grind - beyond "Turkish" - almost a paste. 3. Put you grounds in an appropriate filter and holder, and place on/over receiver. 4. When the water is hot, pour it into an intermediate vessel to cool just slightly. Do not use water fresh from the boil. 5. Immediately pour the water from the intermediate vessel over the grounds. 6. Allow to drip about one minute, two minutes maximum. 7. Remove the Filter-Holder from the brewing receiver. Do not allow the dredges and last leeching to give you bitter coffee. 8. Drink the one minute brew and discard the remainder. 9. Excess is required for Superb Coffee. 10. Suggest you use a "Light Roast - Blend" - "Light Breakfast Blend" - "Half City Roast".
